Delivery Methods
To provide the most direct and efficient service, Tritone Music operates exclusively on the following two fulfillment methods:

• Pay-by-Receiver Shipping (Freight Collect): We will arrange for a courier to deliver the items to your designated address. The shipping fee is not collected by us at checkout; instead, the customer is responsible for paying the courier directly upon delivery. Shipping costs will vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the product.

• Self-Pick Up (In-Store): Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from our retail location during business hours.

  • Pick-up Address: Room A, 13/F Sun Hing Steel Furniture Commercial Building, Tong Mi Road No. 55, Tai Kok Tsui.
